Hello,
My name is Barry Harris. My passion is Lean AI —we are an analytics, process-improvement, and engineering consultancy based in Arkansas. We have developed a Video Data Analysis System that extracts in-depth, decision-relevant insights and classifications from existing video datasets—without requiring new cameras, new sensors, or changes to field deployments. The output is a concise Video Data Analysis Report (VDAR) that agencies and organizations can use for validation, planning support, situational awareness, incident/behavior review, compliance checks, operational improvement, and performance troubleshooting. This analysis complements existing video management systems (VMS), monitoring workflows, and reporting tools rather than replacing them.
We work hard to find useful information in your raw video files and associated metadata—such as MP4/MOV/AVI streams, CCTV exports, body-worn camera clips, dashcam footage, drone video, time-lapse video, VMS clips, frame snapshots, and time-stamped event logs—along with any available overlays, timestamps, GPS, camera configuration info, and structured CSV/JSON exports. We can work with datasets that are noisy, incomplete, low-light, compressed, shaky, partially obstructed, or captured under non-ideal conditions. Whether you are an end user, a video systems vendor, U.S. government, U.S. military, public safety, utilities, transportation, industrial operators, or commercial organizations—we believe we can pull additional important information from your existing video, including event detection, object/vehicle/person counting (when applicable), motion and behavior pattern characterization, scene-change anomaly detection, occlusion/coverage issues, camera placement effectiveness, time-based activity trends, and evidence-driven classification with confidence levels and clearly stated limits.
Here is a link to an example report for your review: Video Data Analysis Sample Report
If you believe this level of detailed dissection of information would be helpful, I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have. You can also process one of your video files at no charge or obligation. We prefer time-stamped exports, original-resolution clips, and any accompanying metadata or event logs when available, but we will work with any file type that can be read. You can upload it by entering a ticket and your file here: Contact and Ticket Entry
Respectfully,
Barry L. Harris
